Meet Donna Bannister
Bannister Financial Services is led by Donna Bannister, who brings more than 35 years of banking and finance experience. Donna built her career at BNZA and NAB, where she was consistently ranked among the top business bankers in Queensland and across Australia.
In 2025, she founded Bannister Financial Services to deliver tailored finance solutions backed by decades of expertise and genuine care for her clients. With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, Donna is equipped to handle both everyday home loans and complex business lending strategies. Her strength lies in making the process clear and simple—helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their goals with the right finance, at the right time.
Donna has worked for customers with turnover ranging from $5m to $250m and borrowing requirements from $5m to $100m. She has experience in diversified industries including Property, Hospitality, Rental, Professional Services, Agri, Service Stations, Recycling, Wholesaling, Transport and Retail.
